We are super excited to be a part of the BE A TOURIST IN YOUR OWN TOWN! Event this weekend. Come out either this Friday April 19 at Noon, 1, 2, or 3pm; Saturday April 20 at 1,2, or 3pm (we will also have a horse show running this day) or Sunday April 21 at noon, 1, 2, or 3pm- and enjoy some hands on activities with our horses such as brushing and leading. Destination Seneca County, in partnership with the Seneca County Bicentennial Committee, has announced that Be a Tourist in Your Own Town is returning for a second year. This initiative allows Seneca County residents the opportunity to be immersed in all that the community has to offer during Seneca County’s Bicentennial Year. During the weekend of April 19, 20, and 21, residents can enjoy free admission to most museums and galleries along with several experiences throughout the county from 12 to 4 PM. Donations are accepted and encouraged. Participants will have the opportunity to win more than $500 in prizes by completing a passport. You can print out a copy of the official passport or pick one up at any of the experience locations. Saturday April 20th is the date for the next Lane of Dreams Academy show! Academy shows are designed to be an inviting way for horses and riders to practice in a horse show environment. The focus is on the experience and improvement rather than competition. Show clothes are not required, Ribbons will be awarded. Riders may bring their own horses or compete on our school horses. There is warmup and practice time allowed in the ring before each class.The show start time will depend on entries, and the show will end at 1pm. Ride times will be posted the Friday before. Summer Camps- We have made a small change to our summer camp schedule. August 2nd is now a half day camp from 9am-noon Cost of this camp is $65 and is for ages 7-10. Our July 19th Camp is now sold out with a waiting list. We have room for three more in our July young riders camp (cost $150). We may have a few more camp dates, just trying to fit them into the schedule, so nothing official at this time- have a request? send us a message
